Jacquelyn Y. Anderson Harris is a seasoned business professional, licensed real estate SME, senior paralegal, and operations strategist with more than two decades of progressive leadership experience spanning the utility, telecommunications, engineering, construction, legal, real estate, and corporate business sectors. Throughout her distinguished career, she has earned a reputation for transforming complex operational challenges into strategic opportunities through exceptional leadership, regulatory expertise, project execution, and organizational development. 

Recognized for her ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large-scale initiatives, Jacquelyn has successfully directed projects involving engineering and construction development, utility operations, telecommunications infrastructure, corporate real estate, contract administration, legal compliance, and enterprise workflow optimization. Her unique combination of legal knowledge, operational expertise, and leadership allows her to bridge business strategy with regulatory compliance while consistently delivering measurable organizational results. 

A significant chapter of Jacquelyn’s executive career was with FPL Energy Services (FPLES), a NextEra Energy Company, where she served as Lead Project Manager for Engineering & Construction Development before advancing into Lead Operations Management for Workflow Process Development. In these leadership roles, she partnered in complex engineering and construction initiatives, collaborated with cross-functional business units, developed operational workflows, streamlined enterprise business processes, implemented performance improvement strategies, and supported organizational objectives through operational excellence. Her work focused on improving efficiency, enhancing project delivery, strengthening compliance, optimizing resource utilization, and developing scalable operational processes that supported one of the nation’s premier utility organizations. 
Her extensive telecommunications career further established her as a recognized operations and infrastructure leader. During nearly fourteen years with AT&T Mobility, Jacquelyn became highly respected for her expertise in corporate real estate, contract administration, master lease agreement audits, quality assurance, and operational process improvement. She participated in corporate quality review panels, collaborated on enterprise-wide initiatives, and consistently identified opportunities to improve operational performance while enhancing customer service and organizational efficiency.

Building upon that foundation, Jacquelyn joined Crown Castle Fiber, LLC, where she served as the South Florida Subject Matter Expert (SME) for project management and telecommunications infrastructure deployment. She successfully partnered with municipalities, governmental agencies, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to oversee permitting, workflow development, jurisdictional coordination, and fiber infrastructure projects from planning through completion. Her leadership strengthened relationships between public agencies and private industry while contributing to the expansion of critical communications infrastructure throughout South Florida.
Jacquelyn’s legal career began with The Law Offices of Marshall C. Watson, P.A. (now Choice Legal Group, P.A.), where she rapidly advanced from Legal Assistant to Paralegal Supervisor. There she supervised legal staff, managed operational workflows, coordinated client services, developed marketing initiatives, and played an integral role in the firm’s continued growth. Over the years, she has cultivated extensive expertise in corporate law, real estate law, contract management, title and mortgage transactions, litigation support, regulatory compliance, and legal operations. Her legal experience continues to serve as a cornerstone of her ability to successfully manage highly regulated business environments and complex contractual relationships. 
With more than twenty years of experience in real estate, Jacquelyn has built a comprehensive career encompassing residential and commercial transactions, mortgage brokerage, transaction coordination, contract negotiation, property management, and business consulting. As a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in both Florida and Georgia, she combines legal precision with practical business insight to guide clients through complex transactions while ensuring compliance, protecting stakeholder interests, and facilitating successful outcomes. 
Today, Jacquelyn serves as the Founder and Managing Partner of Marble Key Transaction Management, LLC, where she provides executive transaction management, commercial real estate support, contract administration, document preparation, business consulting, compliance solutions, project management, and operational advisory services for real estate professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, and business organizations. Marble Key reflects her commitment to delivering sophisticated, client-centered solutions that simplify complex transactions while enhancing operational performance.
